At VaxWorks, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and clients need to change or cancel their clinic once the clinic has been scheduled. Should this happen, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you to make changes without the need for additional charges - but as the date of the clinic gets closer, it does get more difficult to make changes without the need to pass costs onto you. Please refer to the terms and conditions in the proposal we sent for more information on these fees.
Clinic cancellations due to COVID-19
We also understand that circumstances can change quite quickly due to COVID-19 if cases increase in a community. Therefore, if you need to cancel your clinic in response to changing government recommendations that affect your workplace we will supply vouchers for your staff equivalent to the number of vaccinations you requested for your clinic, invoice you for the clinic as if it had proceeded, and waive the cancellation fee - even if the clinic is cancelled at short notice,
