While we generally do not schedule clinics until a client has accepted our proposal or reserve clinic times for organisations while they arrange to request a proposal from us, there are also no fees or charges for clients who wish to withdraw their acceptance of our proposal prior to accepting a proposed clinic time in the event we cannot schedule a clinic time that accommodates your needs.
