Once you accept our proposal, there is a simple 4-stage process to book in your clinic/s which is done almost entirely by email and online.

Step 1

Complete our Clinic Booking Form to provide the necessary details about your company to enable us to invoice you once your clinics are complete, confirm the different locations and estimated vaccination numbers you would like clinics provided for, and advise us who we will be liaising with at each of your locations (you may prefer to hand this over to someone at a local level or continue in this role yourself).

Step 2

Once we know who we will be liaising with for each of your clinics, they will be asked to complete a Clinic Scheduling Form to advise us of the days and times that are suitable for your clinic/s as well as provide details about parking and other logistical issues to help us deliver your service.

Step 3

We will propose a clinic date and time for each location for your consideration.  The proposed times are reserved for you so you can take a few days to check with your colleagues that the proposed time suits you.

Step 4

Once you have accepted the date that we propose for your clinic, it is time to promote your clinic to your staff and encourage them to book in using the resources we provide.  This can be done in a variety of ways, including:

  • emailing staff with a link to book their own appointment online;
  • putting a poster up with a QR code so staff can book their appointment on  their own phone; or
  • Walking around the workplace with a tablet to allocate staff their own appointment time.  Staff then get emailed a link to finish booking their appointment online.

Prior to the clinic, we do ask that you take a few steps to make your clinic COVID-safe. Staff may still attend the clinic without an appointment so we do ask that you provide a tablet at the clinic for staff to register online before they see the nurse.
