The Clinic Scheduling Form provides us with the details we need to arrange your clinic with one of the most important details being the days and times of the day that best suit you so that we can do our best to accommodate any specific requirements you may have.
Once we have proposed a clinic date and time for you, you have the option of accepting the proposed clinic or rejecting it and providing extra information to assist us to find a new clinic time.
Once you have accepted the date that we propose for your clinic, it is time to promote your clinic to your staff and encourage them to book in using the resources we provide. This can be done in a variety of ways, including:
- emailing staff with a link to book their own appointment online;
- putting a poster up with a QR code so staff can book their appointment on their own phone; or
- Walking around the workplace with a tablet to allocate staff their own appointment time. Staff then get emailed a link to finish booking their appointment online.
Prior to the clinic, we do ask that you take a few steps to make your clinic COVID-safe. Staff may still attend the clinic without an appointment so we do ask that you provide a tablet at the clinic for staff to register online before they see the nurse.
