We will always do our best to accommodate your clinic requirements but it is not always possible to collect all the information through our online forms so if the date and time we propose does not suit, reject it and provide us some extra details and we will propose a new time that takes into account the extra information provided.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to schedule your clinic at a time that suits you, there are no fees or charges for clients who wish to withdraw their acceptance of our proposal prior to accepting a proposed clinic time.
