Once you receive this, we recommend that you consider some of the following depending on how your workplace:

  • Printable posters which include in your booking portal with the QR code and put them up around the office – that way staff can make their booking on their phone – this will save time and effort, even if that will not be the main way you will be booking staff in;
  • If your staff are unlikely to be able to book their own appointments, schedule a staff member to do some walk-arounds at the workplace with a tablet to book staff in;

We do recommend that you put in the effort to promote your clinic and encourage your staff to book their appointments ahead of time as this will help your clinic run more smoothly on the day.
